Prior to that, I held multiple roles at Convergys Corporation (2005–2018), progressing from Sales and Service Consultant to Team Leader, Scheduler, and Command Center Associate, where I gained extensive expertise in workforce planning, real-time call center monitoring, schedule management, and performance optimization.
