What exactly is a 'contact unlock'?
An unlock reveals a worker's phone number, WhatsApp and email so you can reach them directly. Each unlock costs $4.99, or uses one credit from a monthly plan. Unlocks are non-refundable.
Can I message workers before unlocking?
Yes. On-platform chat is open to every member, so you can interview candidates first. Contact details shared in chat stay hidden until you unlock that worker.
Do unused unlocks roll over?
No. Plan unlocks reset each billing period. If you only need a few contacts, pay per unlock instead.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription whenever you like; you keep your plan until the end of the billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe.
Is there a free option?
Yes. A free account lets you browse profiles, post jobs, receive applications and chat. Paid plans don't include a free trial; you're billed when you subscribe and can cancel anytime.
