REMOTE-Customer Support

What You'll Do - Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat and/or phone - Provide friendly, professional and timely customer support - Assist with customer queries, issues and troubleshooting - Use CRM or ticketing systems to manage and document interactions - Follow up on customer requests and ensure appropriate resolution - Identify recurring issues and communicate useful customer feedback - Manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote environment What We're Looking For - Excellent written and spoken English - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - A professional, customer-focused approach - Experience with CRM or customer support tools is an advantage - Good organisation and ability to work independently - Comfortable learning new systems and processes - Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-working setup - Previous Customer Support experience is preferred, but strong candidates with the right skills and attitude are also welcome to apply Why TEMORA?
