About the Role We are looking for an experienced Signage Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive project quotations by reviewing architectural drawings, signage plans, specifications, materials, labor requirements, and installation costs. The ideal candidate has strong estimating and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and translate project requirements into accurate cost estimates. Key responsibilities include reviewing architectural drawings, signage layouts, plans, and project specifications, interpreting project requirements, and preparing accurate detailed project cost estimates. Calculating materials, production, labor, fabrication, shipping, and installation costs, this professional will prepare professional quotations based on project scope and specifications. Coordinating with production, project management, and other internal teams, they will revise estimates and quotations when project scope or specifications change. Additional responsibilities include researching and maintaining accurate material, labor, and vendor pricing, maintaining pricing databases and estimating records, and reviewing estimates for accuracy, completeness, and profitability. The Signage Estimator will identify potential cost issues, discrepancies, or missing information before quotations are submitted, ensuring projects are profitable and meet client needs. What You'll Do -Review architectural drawings, signage layouts, plans, and project specifications. -Interpret project requirements, dimensions, materials, and installation details. -Prepare accurate and detailed project cost estimates. -Calculate materials, production, labor, fabrication, shipping, and installation costs. -Prepare professional quotations based on project scope and specifications. -Coordinate with production, project management, and other internal teams. -Revise estimates and quotations when project scope or specifications change. -Research and maintain accurate material, labor, and vendor pricing. -Maintain pricing databases and estimating records. -Review estimates for accuracy, completeness, and profitability. What We're Looking For -Industrial Designers that know how to use AI -Proven experience in signage estimating, construction estimating, quantity surveying, or a closely related field. -Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, construction plans, and technical drawings. -Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. -Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. -Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet tight deadlines. -Strong written and verbal English communication skills. -Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with remote teams.
