• Contact unlock system for employers
• Messaging between connected users

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Types

• Worker Accounts: For Filipino professionals seeking remote work
• Employer Accounts: For US companies looking to hire

4. Worker Terms

• Creating a profile and applying to jobs is free
• You must provide accurate information about your skills and experience
• You may not include contact information in text fields (bio, experience descriptions)
• Contact information will only be shared when an employer unlocks your profile
• You are responsible for responding professionally to employer inquiries

5. Employer Terms

• Posting jobs and viewing profiles is free
• You must pay to unlock worker contact information
• Contact unlocks are non-refundable once used
• You may not share unlocked contact information with third parties
• You must comply with all applicable employment laws
• Job postings must be legitimate and accurately represent the position

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Pricing

Our current pricing plans and features are available on our Pricing page. Prices may change with notice.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until period end
• Unused contact unlocks do not roll over to the next period

Refunds

Contact unlocks are non-refundable once used. For subscription refunds, please contact support.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to circumvent the contact unlock system
• Post fraudulent job listings or scams
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use automated tools to scrape data
• Share account credentials with others
• Discriminate based on protected characteristics

8. Contact Information Protection

Our platform is designed to protect worker privacy. Workers may not include contact information in their profiles (outside designated fields), and employers may not request contact information through messages without first unlocking the profile. Violations may result in account suspension.

9. Employment Relationship

PinoyMatch is a platform that facilitates connections. We are not:

• An employer of any worker
• A party to any employment agreement
• Responsible for verifying worker credentials
• Responsible for ensuring payment for work performed

All employment terms, payments, and agreements are between employers and workers directly.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PinoyMatch are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

PinoyMatch provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties about the quality of workers, employers, or job opportunities. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or any employment relationships formed through it.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time through your settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
