Virtual Assistant – Creator Sourcing for UGC & Influencer Marketing

About the Role At Shortlist, we're on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us source creators for our User-Generated Content (UGC) and influencer marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in expanding our network of influencers and ensuring that we connect with the right voices for our diverse client base. As a Virtual Assistant specializing in creator sourcing, you will be at the forefront of our marketing strategies, helping us to discover and engage with influencers who resonate with our brand values and target audiences. Your day-to-day will involve researching potential creators across various platforms, assessing their alignment with our campaign goals, and initiating conversations to build relationships. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to provide insights and recommendations based on your findings, making your contributions essential to our overall success. This position is not just about administrative tasks; it's about driving impactful marketing efforts that elevate our clients' brands through authentic connections. What You'll Do - Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate potential influencers for campaigns across social media platforms. - Build and maintain a database of creators, tracking their engagement metrics and audience demographics. - Initiate outreach to selected influencers, fostering relationships and negotiating collaboration terms. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative briefs that align with influencer capabilities and audience. - Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and adjustments to optimize results. - Stay updated on industry trends, influencer marketing strategies, and emerging platforms. - Assist with administrative tasks related to influencer partnerships and project management. - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and timely execution of projects.
